Entry requirements

2nd class Honours degrees (or equivalent) in biology; chemistry; biomedical; or related science degree; applications from candidates with 3rd class degrees are considered.

Course modules

Subject areas include: modern analytical techniques for chemistry; computational techniques (including the use of databases); molecular and cell biology of diseases; biomarkers of autoimmunity; critical evaluation of scientific literature; writing and presentational skills; research project.
