The course focuses on the financial and strategic management of banks and other financial institutions as well as the increasingly complex legal and regulatory structures within which banks and their executives have to operate; the legal issues will cover a wide range of topics at UK, EU and international level with which a modern banker needs to be familiar.

Core modules: organisations and people; management research; bank financial management; international banking; financial institutions strategic management; international banking and capital markets law; plus 2 from: comparative corporate governance; international corporate finance law and merger regulation law; international commercial arbitration; consumer law; intellectual property law; competition law; industrial property law; world trade law; international insurance law; international taxation law; employment law; international environmental law.
