International Broadcast Journalism

Covering all aspects of radio, TV and online journalism in the UK and the wider world, students will be taught by broadcasting professionals, using industry-standard equipment in our state-of-the-art studios. Along with the basic rules of reporting students will be taught to analyse the process, reflecting on the ethical, legal and professional standards they must meet as a journalist. The course will combine theory and practical skills, culminating in an extended practice-based professional project where students will test their initiative and mastery of the key skills they have gained.
