Accountancy and Finance (ACCA pathway)

The course develops a range of underpinning theoretical knowledge, practical skills and competences which should enable students to operate effectively in the functional areas of accounting and finance across different industry sectors.

Entry requirements

Good Honours degree in accountancy or finance with ACCA accreditation for F1-F9 or ACCA Fundamental Level papers F1-F9. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 575 or equivalent.

Course modules

Modern theory of finance (core module); corporate reporting; business management strategy; corporate governance issues in accounting and finance; strategic financial management; performance measurement and evaluation; audit theory and practice; research skills in accounting and finance; dissertation.

Dissertation.
