Management with Human Resources
Course enables students to develop a blend of specialist human resource and generalist management expertise on this course. Specialist units explore issues including employment relations and law and the development of people as a resource. These are complemented by core management units which concentrate on the management of people, marketing and strategy as well as contemporary issues within the business world.
A good Bachelors Honours degree, 2.2 or above or equivalent, or completion of the Certificate in Personnel Practice.
Modules inlcude: Managing people; marketing and strategy; leadership essentials; organisation and employment studies: issues and debates; people resourcing and development; international human resource management; research project.
