Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship
This course will give students insights and practical experience in the issues facing new business ventures and renewing established businesses through fostering creativity, design and new ways of thinking. It builds theoretical knowledge alongside core business skills needed to start new enterprises, make them grow or transform existing businesses through innovations in product, process or business models.
A good Bachelor's Honours degree (2.2 or above), or equivalent.
Modules include: Managing people; marketing and strategy; accounting and financial management; business models, resources and intellectual property; venture capital and growth finance; managing innovation, creativity and design; selling, relationships and customer service; the entrepreneurial mind; project.
