Legal Practice Course (LPC)
The purpose of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) is to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to enable them to enter their training contract with confidence and to feel at home in the exciting, demanding and rewarding world of legal practice.
2.2 Honours degree in Law, or equivalent qualifications; applicants must hold a QLD or CPE.
Stage 1: property law and practice; litigation; business law and practice (including business accounts); accounts and regulation; legal skills; estate management and taxation. Stage 2: commercial property; commercial law; advanced litigation; employment law; family law; client in the community; private client.
