Public International Law
This course is concerned with the structure and behaviour of sovereign states and intergovernmental organisations.
Lower 2nd Class Honours degree, or equivalent; professional qualification deemed to be equivalent to a degree; appropriate training and/or experience. A legal background is desirable, but not required.
Stage 1: international human rights ; international dispute resolution; principles of international law and economics. Stage 2: international environmental law ; international criminal law and international criminal justice; armed conflict and international humanitarian law. Stage 3: dissertation.
