Production Design for Film and Television
This course covers learning and teaching in a collaborative environment. You will work in a team and see your output realised on screen as well as providing a show reel. The emphasis in the course on working with other students, such a cinematographers, directors and producers will give you experience of live project management as well as creative practice. A range of learning and teaching styles will be employed to facilitate cohesive group work and a strong emphasis will be placed on connection to industry, with a regular programme of visiting speakers.
A 2.1 Honours degree, or higher, or equivalent.
Modules include: Principles of set design, narrative constructions, design on location, professional studies.
