Occupational Psychology

Our MSc Occupational Psychology will help you achieve a broad-based postgraduate education with core occupational psychology knowledge and skills. Its focus is collaborative teaching through direct engagement with working professionals, academics and research fellows. This programme will help you develop the abilities you need to become a Chartered or HCPC registered Psychologist. Application for accreditation submitted to The British Psychological Society.

Entry requirements

You should hold a minimum or equivalent to: second class Honours degree in Psychology or related discipline. English language: IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.

Course modules

Term 1: selection and assessment; well-being at work; advanced statistical analyses; research methods. Term 2: work design; training and development; leadership and performance management; organisational development and change; dissertation.

Assessment methods

Written exams, assignments, client report, statistical report, case study formulation and a 10,000 word dissertation.
