Professional Practice in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring
This course is aimed at professional coaches and/or mentors who wish to develop their professional practice and academic learning; the assignment requires participants to undertake and reflect on a minimum of 125 hours of coaching and/or mentoring; the course includes regular professional supervision sessions, peer coaching and mentoring, action learning sets and master classes as well as UWE based learning workshops; the course format is highly personalised and interactive, with participants receiving a lot of one to one attention through face to face supervisions, tutorials and through email and telephone contact.
This course is only available to people who have completed the ILM level 7 certificate in executive coaching and leadership mentoring or the BBS postgraduate certificate in coaching and mentoring.
