Leading Complexity, Diversity and Change
This course enables students to understand and critically evaluate the range of theories, models and approaches to diversity, complexity and change; students appreciate the implications of diversity and multiple perspectives in managing change and understand and critically evaluate why some change initiatives are not successful whilst others are; helps students diagnose change situations and develop strategies to improve them; understand the importance of people in the change management process and develop reflexive self awareness and recognise the need for personal change.
There are no formal academic requirements for this course though applicants may be invited to interview.
