Coaching and Mentoring
This course introduces students to a range of models and approaches to coaching and mentoring and provides an opportunity to practice and develop skills in working with them.
There are no academic qualifications required for this course though applicants may be invited to interview.
Coaching and mentoring.
To achieve this accreditation, students will be required to complete the following: 6 learning logs based on 6 coaching and /or mentoring sessions; a 3,000 word essay critically examining their development as a coach and/ or mentor integrating relevant literature and theory.
