Leading and Managing People
This course is for aspiring and practising managers and leaders who want a deep understanding of what contributes to effective leadership and management; it provides a critical review of own leadership and management skills and a critical awareness of factors to consider when leading and managing people.
There are no formal academic requirements for this course though applicants may be invited to interview.
Modules include: Leading and managing people.
To achieve this accreditation students will be required to complete the following: case study on leadership and management practice (1500-3000 words):identify a case study in effective leadership and management, critically evaluate it, and identify how it might have been improved; critical reflections on case study (1500 words)
