Executive Coaching and Mentoring (level 7)
This course is designed for senior managers who want to develop their expertise and credibility in the fields of coaching and mentoring, or to establish coaching on an organisational level. They are also ideal for professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their experience with a nationally recognised qualification.
Participants will normally be practicing senior managers; they should normally have successfully completed an Institute of Leadership and Management level 7 certificate in executive coaching and leadership mentoring, or higher, or an equivalent qualification; exceptional learners, who have no formal qualification in management or leadership, but who have several years� experience and have completed some formal training in the role, may also participate.
Understanding the context of coaching and mentoring in a strategic business environment; undertaking coaching or mentoring at a senior and strategic level; undertaking an extended period of supervised coaching or mentoring at a senior or strategic level.
Work-based assignment; reflective review and coaching/mentoring diary; Continued Professional Development plan, learning log and reflective review.
