Construction Project Management
This course allows our students to enhance their understanding of managing projects for construction professionals in both practice and client organisations, helping to support them in their professional capacity to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects. The course is intended for architects, surveyors, services engineers, civil engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and existing project managers who wish to formalise their training on the client and supply side.
1st degree of 2.2 or above in a related subject, or substantial relevant experience.
Modules include: Construction project management principles; built environment information management; construction operations management; finance and information management; construction procurement management; construction project management practice; research for policy and practice; construction contract law.
Mostly coursework, with some examinations.
