Students study the theory and practice that underpin leadership through strategic management; students take on practical assignments, live briefs and entrepreneurial work.

Entry requirements

Honours degree or equivalent or a mixture of appropriate academic qualifications and professional experience; all applicants are invited to attend an interview; English language requirements for international applicants are IELTS 6.5; applicants without an IELTS can take the Institutes own language test.

Modules include: international financial management; international marketing; management science and systems; personal development and consultancy skills; human resource management; international management and change; operations and process management; international logistics and operations performance; markets and strategy; international trade and competition; plus 1 option from: leading, managing and developing people; organisation design and development; learning and talent development; foreign exchange strategy; consumer behaviour and culture; project management; digital marketing communications; supply chain forecasting and planning; overseas industry visit; performance management; profiting from diversity; organisational psychology.

Assessment methods

Dissertation.
