Human Resource Management (CIPD Advanced Diploma)
You normally qualify for entry to this course if you have an undergraduate degree in any discipline or recognised equivalent, CIPD Level 3 or 5 Certificates.
You'll also need to be in employment in an HR or associated role, or have had previous experience in a substantive HR role.
Modules include: Human Resource Management in Context; Leading, Managing & Developing People; Developing Skills for Business Leadership; Investigating a Business Issue from an Human Resources Perspective; Resourcing and Talent Management; Learning and Talent Development; Leadership and Management Development; Employment Law.
Assessment includes: case studies; group presentations; a management report; two CIPD examinations.
