Business Management (Healthcare Leadership and Management)
Students develop a clear understanding of the environment in which international businesses operate in terms of economics, finance and governance, as well as politics and culture.
Applicants require an appropriate Honours degree with experience in leadership and/or management within the field of health care.
Modules include: strategy; business planning; leading and managing change; leadership for innovation and entrepreneurship; transforming healthcare quality through evaluating outcomes; marketing and service management; research and critical enquiry methods.
Assessments will take a number of forms including presentations, reports, case study analysis, group work and reflective pieces. There are no examinations in this programme.
