Ageing, Health and Disease
This course offers broad based knowledge and skills through integrated interprofessional education in many aspects of the health and ill health and gerontological issues in the ageing population. Training in research design and techniques is also given.
A good Honours degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in a relevant subject.
Students are assessed through 8 modular assignments (4 leading to a Certificate and 4 leading to the Diploma). In addition to successfully completing these assignments, MSc students must complete a dissertation.
Majority of students self-funded, though some obtain awards from charities and trusts.
