This is a highly interactive, online, distance-learning programme designed to equip the general practitioner with a sound understanding of skin disease as it presents in practice. The Diploma offers GPs and family practitioners a structured education in primary care dermatology, whilst continuing with full-time work. The MSc is designed specifically for general practitioners who have completed the Diploma and wish to gain further expertise in the practical management of patients with skin disease.
Majority of students are self-funded; some obtain support from their Primary Care NHS Trust.
