International Pharmacoeconomics and Health Economics

Taught in collaboration with the Hochschule Fresenius University (HSF), Idstein, Germany, this course aims to offer knowledge and expertise in pharmacoeconomics and health economics, via multinational, interdisciplinary and research-oriented education and training. The course is not available for study in Cardiff.

Entry requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or comparable exam from a university or university of applied sciences with the scope of the Framework Act for Higher Education (Hochschulrahmengesetz). The degree must carry the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits and/or a standard period of study of at least 3 years. Applicants whose degrees are not directly related to health economics or health sciences must provide proof of at least 6 months relevant practical or theoretical health care experience. Applicants whose 1st language is not English should possess either and IELTS minimum score of 6.5 or a TOEFL minimum score of 90 (Internet) or 580 (paper).

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include dissertation.
