Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies

The certificate programme offers skills-based training days to introduce participants to the fundamentals of CBT and provide training on CBT with specific disorders. The diploma programme further develops participants skills via 14 specialist supervision sessions. Assessment for the Diploma programme includes an assessed therapy tape. The syllabus for both programmes is based on the Roth and Pilling competency framework for CBT with anxiety disorders and depression. The programmes focus on CBT with adults although we also welcome practitioners working with other groups.
