Knowledge, Science and Technology
The following is an indicative list of areas of current research activity: medical knowledge and practice; biomedicalisation; sociology of science and technology; public understanding of science; technology and risk practices; knowledge in occupational socialisation; social aspects of genetic technology; and feminist and queer science studies.
2.1 Honours degree (or equivalent) relevant to the proposed research; where 1st language is not English IELTS 7.0 (with no less than 6.5 in the writing element) or TOEFL 600 (paper-based) or 250 (computer-based) or 100 (internet-based) or equivalent is required.
