This course is a complete development programme for managers who want to gain an understanding of the management of people and finances in a needs-led framework; theory and practice are interwoven around subjects such as strategy, marketing, fundraising, diversity, finance and leadership.

Entry requirements

Degree or equivalent professional qualification, and minimum 3 years' experience in management.

Introduction to learning; voluntary sector policy; resource management; marketing and fundraising; strategy, diversity and governance; shadowing/ fieldwork exercise; organisation, leadership and change; managing people and quality.
