MBA International Business is for students who wish to work in the arena of international business with an emphasis upon the processes, practicalities and the impact of globalisation; the course helps students to evaluate the complexity of international business within a global and regional context; it provides appropriate theoretical frameworks with which to analyse, support and enhance business competitiveness and global presence.
To commence the full-time MBA programme applicants must: be an honours graduate of any discipline, obtained from a recognised university/HE institution, or hold an equivalent qualification acceptable to Coventry Business School in a business-related area; have a minimum of 2 years post-degree full-time work experience in a management/administrative/ professional capacity; hold IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 600 or equivalent if English is not the applicant�s 1st language. Students who do not fit with the above entry requirements can gain entry but their degrees and experience will be assessed for appropriate content by the MBA Director.
Modules include: Strategic management; finance; marketing; operations; human resource management; Asian business; methods of management research; international business; international finance; international marketing; dissertation.
