Applicants must: be an Honours graduate of any discipline, obtained from a recognised university/HE institution, or hold an equivalent qualification acceptable to Coventry Business School; have a minimum of 2 years' post-degree full-time work experience in a management/administrative/professional capacity;
without an Honours degree BUT with substantial work experience of at least 10 years since leaving secondary school; hold IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 600 or equivalent if English is not the applicant's 1st language.
Mandatory modules: strategic thinking and analysis; management and leadership; network security; financial accounting and decision making; human resource management, trust and people; marketing principles and crisis communications.
Optional modules: digital security risk and audit management; enterprise and big data management; international cyber and digital law; network defence management.
Assessment on the course will vary depending on the module being studied. Some modules are 100 per cent coursework and others assessed through a mixture of assignments, viva voce and formal examinations. In addition to written tasks students will be required to deliver presentations to ensure that they develop a full range of communication skills. Coursework can be individual or set in groups, demonstrating a full range of communication skills.
