International Corporate Governance

The course provides an opportunity for students to study and discuss assumptions and underlying concepts and also allows them to debate the fundamental issues surrounding executive remuneration.

Entry requirements

A good undergraduate degree. This course is aimed primarily at law graduates, legal practitioners (solicitors and barristers) from the UK and other jurisdictions, and business graduates with some knowledge of law. International applicants should also hold a minimum of 6.5 score in the IELTS test for English language.

Course modules

Core modules: research skills; research design; dissertation; international corporate governance; international business law; international competition law and practice. Optional modules: international environmental law; international corporate crime; international trade law; international law in the contemporary world arena.
