Entry requirements
MSc: The equivalent of a UK 1st or upper 2nd Class Honours degree with evidence on your degree transcript of strong grades in statistical modules in your 2nd, 3rd or 4th year. English language requirements include an IELTS of 6.5 (no element under 6.0) or TOEFL 92 (no element under 23).
Course modules
You will study: Econometric methods; financial modelling and business forecasting; advanced financial theory; corporate finance; international finance; money and banking. You will then choose 2 elective modules. The list of modules may vary from year to year, but has typically included: Auditing and assurance services; behavioural finance and economics; corporate governance; corporate reporting; financial risk management; market microstructure and technology; innovation and economic growth.
Assessment methods
Assessment methods include dissertation of 12,000 words or business project.
