Management (Supply Chain Logistics)
This is a problem-based learning programme that mixes academic robustness with applied, practical and inter-disciplinary perspectives. Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), it is designed to give you a thorough grounding in the theoretical and practical aspects of managing supply chains, enabling you to put classroom knowledge into practice.
MSc: The equivalent of a UK 1st or upper 2nd Class Honours degree. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 (with no element under 6.0) or equivalent.
Core modules: Strategy; business economics and accounting; organisational behaviour; operations and supply chain management; global supply chain leadership; green supply chain and logistics systems; research methods and dissertation. In addition, you will choose 2 electives to complement your core modules, which typically have included: Business dynamics; competitive strategies and organisational fitness; decision-making and business modelling; East Asian business and management; global business and innovations and technology management.
Assessment methods include dissertation or business project.
