International Justice and Human Rights Law
Applicants have the opportunity to advance their knowledge and understanding whilst developing new skills at a higher level. Students will study international criminal law and international human rights law, choose from a selection of optional modules, and immerse themselves in advanced legal research methods in preparation for completing a highly specialised piece of original research of their own.
A 2.2 Honours degree in law (or above.) Applicants with non-law degrees (2.1 or above) and relevant knowledge or experience are encouraged to apply.
Core modules: international criminal law; international human rights law; advanced legal research; dissertation. 3 modules from: public international law; freedom, security and justice in the European union; global justice; international humanitarian law.
