Creative and Cultural Information
This course is designed to appeal to professionals working in all sectors of education, as well as in cultural institutions such as theatres, museums and galleries. It has been developed to help improve the quality of creative and cultural education in schools and enhance the relationship between schools and arts organisations.
2.1 degree or above in any discipline or a teaching qualification or teaching/education/outreach experience in cultural subjects or the creative arts and culture sector.
Thinking about culture: people, practices and institutions; conceptualising cultural work, cultural workers, cultural institutions and their others; cultural interventions: problems and possibilities.
A combination of essays, presentations, portfolios and reports.
