Product Design Prototyping

The MA/MDes Product Design Prototyping allows you to explore the design of products through physical and virtual modelling. You will work with a range of additive and reductive rapid prototyping processes, alongside traditional model making to develop and test products for small-batch and mass production as well as digital crafts. You will have the opportunity to shape your own ideas, concepts and theories through a self-directed Major Project, informed by design research and critical enquiry. This is the new title for the MA/MDes Design (Product).
