MSc: A UK Honours degree 2:2 (or equivalent) in any construction, surveying or engineering related subject. Applicants with a 2:1 UK Honours degree (or equivalent) from other backgrounds or full membership of a chartered built environment professional institution (eg MRICS, MCIOB, ARIBA, MICE, MAPM) will also be considered. Academic IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 5.5.
