International Human Resource Management

The programme is designed to meet growing demand in large, national and international organisations for highly educated individuals with a global perspective and mindset. Our aim is to support your preparation for a genuine career in local, international and culturally diverse settings. The programme enables development of critical analysis of current thinking and leading practices in human resource management (HRM) in work environments that often extend beyond national boundaries and involve different cultural groups; it is specifically designed for graduates who aim to work in a role where their main, but not whole responsibility, lies in managing human resources.
