Accounting and Finance (fast-track)
This programme has been designed to provide students with a common core of knowledge, analysing international developments in the fields of financial reporting, management accounting, corporate finance and financial management; this core supplies the foundation for students to investigate aspects of the subject that are of specific interest to them in depth.
Must hold a final accountancy qualification from a professional body that is recognised by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC); for international students an academic IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) is required, with no element less than 5.5.
Ethics and corporate governance; strategic financial management; research methods; dissertation.
Students are assessed on the basis of a combination of coursework, examination performance and the final dissertation or project.
