The course focuses on sustainable and environmentally sound construction methods, teaching innovative project management and modern construction theory.

Entry requirements

UK Honours degree (or equivalent) in wide range of disciplines. Candidates with appropriate experience may be considered through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Course modules

Construction economics and procurement; development and project economics; the management of safety, health and environmental risks; construction contracts and disputes; construction financial management; international construction project finance; risk and valuable management; project management.
