International Project Management
UK Honours degree (or equivalent) 2.2 in any construction, surveying or engineering related subject. Alternatively, full membership of a chartered built environment professional institution (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, ARIBA, MICE, MAPM). Or, an ordinary degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' senior level built environment experience in a relevant managerial or professional occupation. Or non-cognate Honours degree 2.2 in engineering, business, science and social sciences. Applicants with appropriate professional experience within a technical or energy-related role may be considered through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Core modules: Project management; construction management; international project finance; construction economics and procurement; development and project economics; risk and value management; Master's dissertation/project. Options: Sustainable design and construction; the management of health and safety and the environment; construction contracts and disputes; construction financial management; building information modelling for
management of construction; strategic management in construction and property.
