International Project Management
This course provides a wealth of skills development in the areas of project management, development and project economics, construction management, risk and value management, and international project finance.
UK Honours degree 2.2 (or equivalent) in any construction, surveying or engineering related subject; or full membership of a chartered built environment professional institution (eg MRICS, MCIOB, ARIBA, MICE, MAPM); or an ordinary degree with a minimum of 5 years� senior level built environment experience; or a non-cognate Honours degree 2.1 in engineering, science and social sciences with one year's experience in a people / logistics management role. Students whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 5.5.
Modules include: Project management; development and project economics; construction management; risk and value management; construction economics and procurement; international project finance; all Master's students will also undertake a dissertation.
