UK Honours degree 2.2 (or equivalent) in any discipline associated with the construction and property industry; or, corporate membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, RIAS, CIOB). Students whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 5.5.
Core modules include: Construction management; the management of health and
safety and the environment; sustainable design and construction; construction financial management; project management; strategic management in construction property; Master's dissertation. Optional modules may include: Construction economics and procurement; development and project economics; construction contracts and disputes; international construction project finance; building information modelling for management of construction; risk and value management.
Each module is assessed individually by a combination of coursework and formal examination.
