This course enables students to develop practitioner knowledge as well as contributing to the overall development of their organisation whether working in the private, public or 3rd sector.
Students must have a degree but a non-graduate may be accepted if they have held, for a minimum of 2 years, a responsible position which is relevant to the programme.
Modules include: Context and practice; the strategic practitioner; leadership and ethics in practice; reflective portfolio; evidence based practice; project proposal; work-based project.
The modules are all assessed by coursework. Each module will have an assessment task which can be related to your own area of practice. Types of assessment include presentations, poster presentations and reports. The scope and content will be determined by you in discussion with your tutors.
