Students acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills for their particular subject specific teaching.
Degree; an appropriate teaching placement for the duration of the programme; enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check; interview.
Modules include: Reflective practice in the learning and skills sector 1; passport to teaching; learning, teaching, assessment and evaluation; reflective practice in the learning and skills sector 2; innovation in teaching and learning; the organisation and the individual.
Assessment is based on practical based assignments throughout the programme.
