This course equips students with a comprehensive grounding in approaches to attracting, developing, and retaining leaders and other talented individuals in modern organisations; the programme emphasises skills that are practical and that enhances subsequent employability, meeting the rising demand for leadership and talent management consultants in industry today; students are provided with the requisite theoretical knowledge of leadership and talent management needed to impart effective science-based techniques to practitioners to raise awareness of valid approaches to leadership development and talent management.
An undergraduate degree of at least upper 2nd Class standard, or equivalent; appropriate work experience is considered in place of an undergraduate qualification on a case-by-case basis.
