This course allows the student to extend their MBA to meet specific career requirements and gain a deeper understanding of strategic planning.
1st or 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent qualification; at least 2 years of responsible work experience; IELTS, TOEFL or other evidence of English language proficiency for candidates whose 1st language is not English.
Core units: accounting; economics; finance; marketing; organisational behaviour; project management; strategic planning; choose 4 elective units: alliances and partnerships; corporate governance; competitive strategy; leadership; making strategies work; mergers and acquisitions; strategic negotiation; strategic risk management.
