Relevant undergraduate degree; or passes in human resource management and 2 other core courses.

Core modules: human resource development; human resource management; managing people in changing contexts; performance management; employee resourcing. Choose 4 optional modules: developing effective managers and leaders; employee relations; influence; managing people in global markets; managing personal competencies; negotiation; organisational behaviour; research methods for business and management.
