Logistics and Supply Chain Management with Business Performance

This course provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of practices, trends and issues in logistics and supply chain management with a focus on the models and methodologies that measure and monitor business performance in order manage the performance of the organisation in this context.

Entry requirements

A good Honours degree (1st or 2nd Class) or its non-UK equivalent in a relevant subject from a recognised British or overseas university. The minimum requirement for English language is IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) with no component lower than 6.0.

Course modules

Strategies for managing supply chains; global purchasing and supply; freight transport and warehouse management; measuring and managing performance; demand and inventory planning; supply network design and optimisation; system thinking and analysis; research philosophy and practice.

Assessment methods

Dissertation.
