Logistics with Green and Sustainable Supply Chain Management

The course is designed to provide in depth understanding of current practices, trends and issues in logistics and supply chain with a key focus on sustainability and green logistics.

Entry requirements

A good Honours degree (1st or 2nd Class) or its non-UK equivalent in a relevant subject from a recognised British or overseas university. If your first language is not English, or your first degree was not taught in English, we will need to see evidence of your English language ability. The minimum requirement for English language is IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) with no component lower than 6.0.

Course modules

Strategies for managing supply chains; green and sustainable logistics; global purchasing and supply; demand and inventory planning; corporate social responsibility; supply network design and optimisation; freight transport and warehouse management; research philosophy and practice.

Assessment methods

A dissertation is completed between May and August.
