The course equips you with the tools to solve global and social problems through the integration of business and technology.

Entry requirements

A minimum of 3 years' relevant postgraduate work experience; a First or Second Class Honours degree (or international equivalent) from a recognised university, or a recognised professional qualification; a minimum GMAT score of 600. English Language Requirement: GCSE, IGCSE, GCE 'O' Level English or equivalent at grade B or above; IELTS (academic): A minimum overall score of 7.0 with a minimum score of 6.5 in all elements; TOEFL (iBT): A minimum overall score of 100 minimum with a minimum score of 22 in all elements (only acceptable from students who do not require a visa to study in the UK); Pearson Academic (PTE): A minimum overall score of 69 with a minimum score of 62 in all elements; International Baccalaureate (IB) English at grade 5 or above; Successful completion of the Business School's Pre-sessional English course.

Course modules

Modules include: Decision analytics; business economics; accounting; organisational behaviour; marketing; corporate finance; strategy; innovation and entrepreneurship; operations; macroeconomics; investments and risk management; design thinking and innovative problem solving. Option modules: finance: behavioural finance; derivatives; advanced corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions; private equity. Innovation and Entrepreneurship: managing and valuing intellectual property; venture capital finance; design management; entrepreneurship in renewable energy; strategy and management: international business; breakout strategy; hi-tech strategy; business strategy, corporate responsibility and sustainability; managing negotiations; managing infrastructure projects; globalisation challenges and opportunities; the experience business; management challenges in healthcare; leading organisational change; analytics and digital marketing: brand management; pricing strategy; social media; consumer behaviour.
