Sedimentology and Surface Processes
Research includes: is the sedimentary record a good archive of past climate change; a statistical analysis of sand-waves, offshore East Anglia; investigating sedimentologic heterogeneities in carbonate reservoirs and mudstone/shale cap-rocks; extent and formation of diagenetic dolomite bodies; sedimentologic heterogeneities and diagenesis of anhydrite cap-rocks; determining seabed properties from acoustic backscatter.
A 2.1 Honours degree and a Master's in a relevant subject area.
