Research projects include various aspects of: rheumatology (for example rheumatoid arthritis), respiratory disease (for example asthma) and skin conditions (such as psoriasis); recent achievements include the discovery of anti-tumour necrosis factor therapy as an effective treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and related diseases.
