The programme is designed for medically qualified candidates who intend to pursue a professional career in some aspect of clinical or medical oncology, either as a clinical academic or a clinician.
A Graduate medical degree; 2 years postgraduate experience in clinical medicine; current registration with the UK General Medical Council or international equivalent; non-native English speakers require IELTS 7.0; the additional desirable qualifications are: at least 6 months of previous clinical experience; evidence of planning a career in clinical or medical oncology.
Modules include: Basic sciences relevant to clinical and medical oncology; clinical sciences for oncology.
